Orders are prepared for secure and insured shipping. The carrier, fee, free-shipping threshold and estimated delivery range are shown during ordering according to the delivery address.
For international shipping, supported country, cost, estimate and customs/tax handling are confirmed before ordering. No DDP or DAP promise applies unless configured.

For eligible Mücevhera pieces, care includes professional cleaning, general inspection, polishing and stone checking. Care and repair are not the same service.
Plating, resizing, repairs, stone replacement and shipping costs are assessed separately according to the piece and request.

Standard, made-to-order, personalised, resized or engraved and One of One products are assessed separately. There is no blanket return prohibition for all jewelry.
