Standard, made-to-order, personalised, resized/engraved and One of One goods are assessed separately. There is no blanket jewelry return ban; applicable legal exceptions and the approved product policy apply.
Request and inspection
Request via a durable method to info@mucevheradiamond.com or the account. Do not send a product before receiving approval. After approval, send the product, accessories and certificate to Mollafenari Mahallesi, Şerefefendi Sokak, Ağaoğlu Kuyumcular Çarşısı, Kapı No: 32, İç Kapı No: 22, Fatih / İstanbul using the approved carrier communicated to you. Sensitive cases are not auto-approved; eligible refunds follow inspection to the original payment method.
